One of my all-time favorite restaurants. This place has been serving good food for many years!

Was one of the best chinese restaurants I've been to. Service was great and the food was amazing. My husband had the pepper chicken and was very happy, and I had the Mongolian Beef (happy face) I look forward to going back to try more of their food.

I have loved House of Chen over the years, going all the way back to shortly after it first open. I am a creature of habit so I typically tend to order the same things when I visit a restaurant. My entree of choice at House of Chen is Szechuan Chicken, and because I have a sensitivity to spicy foods, I always order it mild. On this particular night, despite our waitress ringing up my order as "mild", when our order arrived at the table, my entree was loaded with so much red pepper flakes that it wasn't edible. I ended up going home hungry.

Food was out quick and the wait staff is always friendly. Hasn't changed much in the last few years though. Decor could use an upgrade as well as the restrooms.

When other Chinese restaurants are going to buffet and load there food with sugar this one is higher quality .

I've been eating at this restaurant for a loooooooong time. I lived right over the hill from it when I was in high school. My family ate there at least once a week. Fast forward a bit and I had my first date with the man who is now my husband there. (Together for 8 years now.) This place is very near to my heart. I love their Happy Family, Lo Mein, Egg Drop Soup, Egg Rolls, Mongolian Beef, and my hubby loves the Green Pepper Steak.

Exceptional food to order. This is not buffet. Low Mein is the best I have had in the world, and I've been to 58 countries. It can be difficult to get to the restaurant if you are not familiar with the 431 changes over Hwy 21.

Used to be my favorite oriental restaurant, buy is not as good as it used to be. Had the lunch special chicken lo main. Noodles were over cooked and fried rice was tasteless.

We have been enjoying H.O.C. for years.

Usually the food is great. Today it wasn't and the last time I thought it had gone down a bit. Especially the egg rolls. They were not made with the same ingredients this time and had an odd flavor. They also tasted like they were fried in old oil. My meal had no flavor and the beef was undercooked. Not sure we will try this place again

Awesome food. Not to expensive pricing and delivery if needed. Love the staff. Clean restaurant friendly all the way around. And their delivery staff is always kind a d friendly with a smile on their face. Will accommodate you in any way possible to please the customers here as well

Love this place! I’d eat here everyday if I could; They have quick service and DELICIOUS food! I recommend the sesame chicken and crab angles!

The service was excellent, was greeted when we enter.. and their food is off the chain.. very respectful place.. we will be back again.. thanks for the wonderful experience..my husband had the chicken chow mein and teriyaki chicken and I had shrimp chow mein and the general souls chicken .. very big portions..

In not sure what is wrong with the people who like this place....or maybe this place had a real bad day but we all ordered our different meals and everything came out and it all looked the same and it tasted like animal food. It was soggy and under cooked and there is no WAY it was chicken. It was more like little cubes of pork fat that they TRIED to fry but didn't leave in long enough so the breading was soggy. Ot was real bad. The rice tasted like it was beginning to compost. The people were nice though. We faked a work emergency and walked out and there everuthing away.

I love their chicken fried rice! I love that they deliver to my work to lol!! They're usually pretty fast when they deliver to.

This is the greatest oriental cuisine I have eating in my lifetime! I have enjoyed food from this location since I was a child. It's will always stay in business is a successful courteous prompt delicious well nursing restaurant. I give this restaurant five stars and fine that it's very well representing Oriental/Asian Delicacies

House of Chen has been a go to for my whole life!! Love love love.

My wife and I have eaten here for over 35 years now. Frank and Suzie no longer own it but the new owners haven picked up the torch nicely. My only complaint is they no longer serve cocktails. Beer and wine only. I really miss the Scorpions. Love drink for two! 😂😂

House of Chen has homemade duck sauce and spicy mustard. These homemade sauces compliment their homemade egg rolls that are to die for! You will definitely get authentic cuisine and not be disappointed.

A Chinese restaurant with a serious identity crisis. The atmosphere is distinctly Asian but the music is the same American pop you hear every day.The only saving grace is the food, which itself can be a little inconsistent, but overall tasty and authentic.

Old man loves this place

I tried ordering online through their website but there were no descriptions of the menu items and the website itself was clunky. I ordered sweet and sour pork, steamed white rice, and steamed dumplings. They said they couldn't add fried egg to the rice, and 25% of the pork and all of the vegetables were so tough I couldn't eat them. Everything tasted good and they have large portions but part was inedible. The staff was very nice and I received my order quickly.

Very disappointed on last 2 take outs.Want be going back anytime soon.The Pepper steak has no taste and mean no flavor at all.The egg rolls taste like cooked in old oil and shrimp fried rice taste as if theirs no shrimp.This place has gone down bad.

Great fresh food. Great prices for a lot of food. Plan to take home leftovers! Chinese Tea is very good as well. Fantastic service, very hardworking employees.
